the room was spacious. it was clean. the hotel team were helpful and responsive. i also liked the rooftop bar.
The pools was a little chilly. I could not use it.

the suite was spacious and well designed. the kitchen had thoughtful equipment. the location is beautiful and every suite faces the beach.
the gym is small and the exercise bicycle was broken.

i found the staff responsive and helpful. the beautiful suite sea view i stayed in was expansive. there was also a garage for parking, a feature i valued. i also appreciated the proximity to restaurants.
the television in my room had some difficulties .

stocked fridge great amenities helpful staff
we travel frequently and for long stays and love the convenience of a kitchen. having a kitchen with a fully stocked fridge at this location made things easy. i found the amenities offered here to be great and the staff were only a message away for any help. it became a happy place for me .
the hotel could not arrange an airport shuttle through messaging or emailing. i had to call the hotel to secure the service.

the staff was very attentive to all requests, and communicating with reception through whatsapp was simple. the team was always available. this streamlined the communication process.
